Challenges We Faced

Combining different types of transportation bookings for different categories is included in the single app. Like limousine bookings, wheelchair transportation, welcab, maxicab, sedan, bicycle transport, luxury vehicles, and bus bookings. Stowing everything was a challenging task.
The booking of services also includes multiple variants, like airport transportation, medical transportation, point-to-point transportation, VIP transportation, and charter booking. Also, options for a ride now or a ride later need to be added. Crafting an app for the convenience of users was demanding for us.
Quick guest booking options for customers and support for corporate booking are functions that work standalone and stay connected to the booking engine of the Vimo service app. Developing such a feature needed rigorous attention for execution.
Payment specifications like pricing strategy, wallet integration, payment modes, promo codes, and cashback methods require special crafting according to the business needs. Making a safe, secure payment gateway was a concern for the Vimo service business.
Admin requires a feature to sort and allocate drivers linked to their service based on and performance. Admins can also address drivers who should receive high-priority service notifications. Such specific requirements need special attention to craft it efficiently.
The business requires multiple add-ons. The list of add-ons goes like this: surge pricing, geo-fencing services, child carrier seats, quotation systems for different services, passenger bookings, and so on. The architecture of all add-ons required serious research before implementation.
